At The Hearts and Hands Foundation, we believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. We are a nonprofit outreach hub dedicated to serving families of neurodivergent and disabled children, teens, and adults—with special care for first responder, military, homeschool, rural, and minority communities.
Founded by a homeschooling mom, Special Education Teacher and ASL instructor with lived experience in caregiving and disability advocacy, our mission is rooted in kindness, flexibility, and practical care. We understand the gaps families face—and we’re here to help fill them with compassion and clarity.
To ensure sustainability and transparency, we are launching our programs in phases. Some services—like ASL classes, therapy reimbursement, and medical device support—are planned for early rollout. Others, including caregiver wellness, enrichment vouchers, and inclusive support groups, will follow as funding allows.
501(c)(3) nonprofit status is currently pending, and we are committed to full legal compliance and board oversight. Every donation, volunteer hour, and community partnership helps us move closer to launching these vital programs.
Together, we’re building a space where families can find resources, connection, and hope. One heart. One hand. One story at a time.
